MALMAISON Platinum Bread & butter plate.

The Limoges porcelain “Malmaison Platinum” dinnerware from Christofle is a very special tableware. The platinised rim of the plates and cups are adorned with stylised palm leaves. Palm branches are a feature characteristic of the French Empire style popular during the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte at the beginning of the 19th century. The name of the “Malmaison” line from Christofle takes its name from a castle in which Napoleon and his first wife Joséphine de Beauharnais used as a country retreat.
