The silver-plated steak knife in the Spatours pattern is the same size as the dinner knife but has a pointed and serrated blade better suited for cutting meat. Launched in 1862, the slender ridge & curve were common decorative elements in the Louis XV style of the eighteenth & nineteenth centuries.
